Therapy can be a place to stay with what is there long enough to discover what it has to say.
You do not have to arrive with an answer.
You may know exactly what has brought you here. Or you may only know that something no longer fits—the way you have been living, relating, grieving, or understanding yourself.
Our work is less about giving you a formula for change than making room to attend closely to what is happening: to the patterns that repeat, the questions that persist, and the parts of your experience that may not yet have words.
There are many ways to arrive here.
Grief and loss. A relationship that has changed or ended. Questions of identity or belonging. Patterns of relationship that keep finding their way into the present. An experience that altered you and has not yet found a place in your life.
Sometimes the work begins not with a problem to solve, but with something you want to understand differently.
Depth Psychotherapy
A way of working that makes room for what may not yield to quick explanation—the dreams, images, patterns, relationships, and questions that continue to ask for attention.
Grief, Loss & Relationship
Some experiences change the shape of a life. Our work may involve death and bereavement, the ending or changing of a relationship, questions of identity and belonging, or losses that are difficult to name.
Psychedelic Integration
For experiences with psychedelics or plant medicines that continue to unfold afterward. Integration offers a place to attend to what emerged without reducing the experience to either pathology or revelation.
